Disappearance of Delphine Jubillar: this only key moment of the reconstitution when Cédric, impassive, was nervous

On Tuesday December 13 at nightfall, a reconstruction of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar took place. And one element did not seem to please Cédric Jubillar…

Almost two years after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, there are still many questions about what really happened on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. This is what we tried to find out all the parties present during the reconstruction which took place in Cagnac-les-Mines, at the Jubillar home, this Tuesday, December 13 between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. Ronan Folgoas, special correspondent for Le Parisien who has been following the case since its inception, recounts the course of an evening under tension, during which the investigating judges were able to put several testimonies into situation and ensure their veracity .

The re-enactment evening took place in stages so that three elements in particular are reconstituted and verified : the positioning of Delphine Jubillar’s car on the evening of her disappearance, the testimony of the couple’s eldest son, Louis, having seen the start of an argument between his parents, and the cries of a woman in distress heard by the neighborhood. Whether Cédric Jubillar, imprisoned since June 2021 and main suspect in the disappearance of his wife, remained according to the lawyer of the family of Delphine Me Mourad Battikh “stoic and without apparent emotion” during the first two stages, it was not the same when it was a question of verifying that the neighbors of the couple could indeed hear cries coming from their house.

Cedric Jubillar nervous?

While a female policeman placed herself at the entrance of the house then on the terrace to cry outseveral participants in the scene would indeed have seen Cédric Jubillar “show some signs of nervousness” at this moment. The husband of Delphine Jubillar, to whom one of his lawyers gave cigarettes all evening, was he just tired from a multi-hour reenactment party, after returning for the first time to the scene of his wife’s disappearance? Or was he perceived as nervous for some other reason altogether? Until proven otherwise by the competent authorities, Cédric Jubillar is currently presumed innocent.
