The page gathers today 18,000 subscribers and is found “halfway between the diary and the logbook”explain our colleagues from Figarostating that on this group, “they film themselves in almost weekly live videos, searching the region or hanging posters bearing the image of Delphine”. Some videos of this group “around 30,000 views and alternate with black and white montages of shots of Delphine smiling, surrounded by her friends”.

But this page also allows them to offer people who wish to participate in possible hunts to try to find Delphine. It also motivates completely anonymous residents hundreds of kilometers from Cagnac-les-Mines to come and place bouquets of roses on the altar erected in memory of Delphine Jubillar in front of the couple’s house. Moments obviously immortalized by the smartphone of Amélie, one of the nurse’s friends, who never fail to thank Internet users for their support. “Luckily you’re here”; “it’s thanks to you that we find the courage”; “continue the fight with us, don’t let us go”she reacted, for example, as reported by Le Figaro.
But all this staging contrasts radically with the position adopted by some close to Delphine, who preferred to withdraw from the media to “let justice be done”, explained several of them on a daily basis. They also indicated that they had made this choice to remain faithful to the discreet character of the disappeared. “Delphine Jubillar communicated little, she was very modest. Her personality made her not pour out”explained Me Mourad Battikh, lawyer for the nurse’s uncle and aunt.
