Since then, the gendarmes have continued their investigations and sifted through every piece of information that could explain what happened on that disastrous morning. And all the hypotheses are still being considered. Even that of a sex crime. Especially since the teenager filed a complaint in May 2022 for “gang rape”. A complaint closed without follow-up but which again interests investigators. Our colleagues from New Detective, in a article published on Monday February 12, 2024 investigated these two men who were the subject of the young girl’s complaint. It all starts on May 4, 2022. In her complaint, Lina indicates that she was approached by two people, T. and L., aged around twenty.
One of them was convicted of violence committed against several women
While she is with a friend, the teenager will agree to join the two individuals at their home. Still according to Lina, they started by consuming cannabis before offering it to her. But the young girl does not have the habit of smoking and would have quickly fallen into a lethargic state. It would be at this time that the two men allegedly abused her. T. and L., who have already been interviewed by the gendarmerie as part of the investigation into Lina’s disappearance, have a criminal record and are well known to the police. One of them is said to be wearing an electronic bracelet following a conviction for violence committed against several women. According to our colleagues, one of his victims was found naked in a forest. From now on, the gendarmes want to know if these two men have any link with Lina’s disappearance. The rape complaint filed by the young teenager, a few months before her disappearance, is now the subject of a “new legal study”. At this stage of the investigation, L. and T. are not being prosecuted as part of the investigation into Lina’s disappearance.
