In cosmetics, Centella asiatica is usually added to creams, cleansers, toners or serums. Its main constituents are highly valued. Particularly, its saponosides, in particular madecassosides, with anti-inflammatory properties and repairing asiaticosides, as well as asiatic acid which promotes healing.
