According to the criminal complaint, the martyrdom of the then seven-year-old is said to have begun in 2009. Her tormentor was just 14 years old and of criminal responsibility. “The defendant held the victim by her arms and legs and abused her. When the child fought back, the accused just said not to act like that and to stay calm,” the public prosecutor describes the disgusting act. Other women were raped. In addition to abusing his sister, the Oberlander is accused of raping two girlfriends at the time several times between 2016 and autumn 2019 to have raped. In some cases, the defendant is said to have sexually assaulted them while they were sleeping. As was the case during the police interrogation, the 28-year-old did not confess during the trial. Defense attorney Nicolas Stieger suspected that the incriminating information regarding the seven-year-old sister was a set-up by the broken family. Severe psychological damage But no one believed that, especially since the sister had suffered severe psychological damage according to a psychiatric report. The defendant was sentenced to five years in prison. He has to pay his sister 15,210 euros in partial compensation and be liable for all other damages. One of the ex-girlfriends received 2,800 euros. The Oberlander did not confess during the trial on Tuesday. Lawyer Nicolas Stieger suspects a set-up by his client’s broken family.
