DISNEY +: Ahsoka, lightsaber duels and the emergence of a new conflict in a new high-flying trailer

After Star Wars: Visions Volume 2 published on May 4, it is the mandoverse by Dave Filoni which will soon continue on Disney+ with series live-action Ahsoka. His first trailer broadcast at the Star Wars Celebration Europe 2023 already set the tone well and had enough to make our impatience grow, but the video shared when its release date was announced largely only included passages from the latter. If you were waiting to see more, it is therefore with joy that you will welcome this brand new equally promising preview.

Always in twos they go, but they are not, however, Sith with their orange lightsaber, despite the phrase “We are not Jedi” being dropped. The video therefore begins by highlighting this new threat represented by Baylan Skoll (Ray Stevenson), a former jedi knight knowing Anakin Skywalker before he becomes dark Vadorand his apprentice Shin Hati (Ivanna Sakhno), who massacre innocent people. You will also note the reference to the two wolves of Norse mythology pursuing the Sun and the Moon in their names. Their goal is to find Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen) in their quest for power, the latter finally showing his face in this trailer.

On the bright side of the StrengthIt is an alliance of fan-favorite female characters that we will find with in mind the former apprentice ofanakin what is Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) and the rebel pilot Hera Syndulla (Mary Elizabeth Winstead)who will try to prevent a new war from emerging. Ahsoka will by force of circumstance have to call on his padawan Sabine Wren (Natasha Liu Bordizzo)whom we see in particular cutting her hair, a very symbolic passage before she puts on her armor to return to fight.

We also see in hologram My Mothma (Genevieve O’Reilly) and Ezra Bridger (Eman Esfandi), Huyang (David Tennant) there goes his small appearance, and some scenes of combat and high-flying aerial chase also come to delight us, the video ending on a clash between Ahsoka and a new Inquisitor. All the ingredients seem to come together to offer us a good series.
