Disney Dreamlight Valley: The early 2023 roadmap is here with a hint of Encanto and Frozen

It has now been a few months since the early access of Disney Dreamlight Valley kicked off, and since the Vale’s doors opened, the game community has been treated to a few updates that have enriched the core experience, such as with the last Christmas update. Gameloft continues to actively develop the game and if the release of the full version is not currently in sight, a roadmap for this beginning of the year comes to tell us what we can expect in Disney Dreamlight Valley for the months to come.

Multiplayer is still in development

January has been a quiet month for the game, but a new update is planned for February. This update will have the particularity to add two characters to the cast of the game, namely Olaf from Frozen, but also Mirabel Madrigal, heroine of the film Encanto. The update will be accompanied by a new Season Pass which will be centered on the celebration of the 100 years of the Disney brand. No date yet for this content, but it’s coming in February.

In April, another update will be offered, with more characters to meet. Only Simba is highlighted here, while the Season Pass promises to be in the colors of the Disney parks. We will especially remember the promises made for the rest of the year 2023, with Gameloft which specifies that multiplayer is finally on the way, plus other kingdoms and characters to discover. A feature which is obviously highly anticipated by fans of the game and which seems to be essential to integrate before the release of version 1.0.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available in early access on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch. Do not hesitate to consult our complete guide to find out more.
