Governor Hans-Peter Doskozil (SPÖ) immediately rejected the criticism and stated that he did not care whether the helicopter covering the air rescue was yellow or red. “But it has to be dealt with correctly and cleanly, as required by law,” said Doskozil about the new tender. There are “different legal views” on the decision of the state administrative court, but of course it is to be accepted.
