Disregarded red light – e-biker (70) run over and killed by a construction train

Despite the red light of the railway signal system, a 70-year-old from Ottensheim crossed the Niederottensheim level crossing on Tuesday around 2:30 p.m. with his e-bike in his home town. Peter K. was hit by the trailer coming from the right, which was being pushed by a traction vehicle.
