Disturbance at Vodafone: Problems with DSL connection throughout Germany

Today, May 30, 10:40 a.m, our fault reporter receives reports of problems at Vodafone. According to these, many users experience complications with the DSL connection, but the TV and telephone connections and mobile Internet are also affected.

A look at our Vodafone fault map shows that the problems extend across the whole of Germany. However, the provider’s own fault map only shows faults near Duisburg, Düsseldorf and in the Saar-Palatinate district. These should also relate solely to the mobile network.

There is currently no statement from Vodafone on the DSL disruption. In the Vodafone forum, however, there is a message about restrictions on mobile telephony and data usage. The provider is aware of these problems. We’ll continue to keep our eyes peeled for you and will update this post accordingly as new information becomes available.
