Disturbance on eBay: connection problems with app and website

Currently (June 14, 2:05 p.m.) our troubleshooter is receiving reports of complications on eBay. Users state that problems arise particularly when accessing the website and the app.

We can verify the problems in the eBay app. It tells us that we don’t have an internet connection, when in fact the opposite is the case and other applications and the browser are working fine. After a long wait, the app and website are finally accessible.

Classifieds are also affected by the problem. It may have just been a technical hiccup. With a little patience you can go bargain hunting again.
