DLSI Group: Consolidated annual turnover up 0.9% to 196.7 ME

(Boursier.com) — The consolidated turnover of the DLSI Group, an operator specializing in permanent, fixed-term and temporary employment solutions, stood at €196.7 million at December 31, 2022, compared to €194.9 million at December 31, 2021, an increase of 0.9% at a rate of current change. As observed in the two previous years, the activity of the second half of 2022 is higher than that of the first half.

Turnover for the 4th quarter of 2022 increased by 2.1% (52 ME) compared to that of 2021, against a backdrop of vigorous demand thwarted by certain customers by difficulties in the supply of raw materials.

The year 2022, compared to 2021, was marked by growth of 9.7% internationally, which represents 39.5% of overall turnover.

The erosion of revenue in France is mainly due to recruitment difficulties observed in many business sectors. International sales, up 9.7% at current exchange rates, are generated mainly in Switzerland, accounting for 39.5% of consolidated sales. The other countries in which the Group operates are Germany and Luxembourg.

Turnover related to nuclear activities reached 16,796 K at the end of December 2022, up 4.6% compared to that of the end of December 2021. Placement activities are up significantly (+24%) with a turnover turnover of 3,034 KE compared to 2,452 KE as of December 31, 2021. The turnover of framework contracts signed with major accounts is 20.9 ME in 2022, an increase of 5% compared to 19.9 ME in 2021.

Outlook : Activities related to nuclear, the tertiary sector and the placement activity should show more marked growth over the current financial year in France.

Consideration is currently being given to the creation of three new agencies specializing in these activities. The other activities in France and abroad should experience a sustained pace while maintaining the Group’s policy of vigilance on margins.

Next meeting : Publication of consolidated annual results as of 12/31/2022, March 31, 2023 (after market).
