quarter of its 2022 financial year, DMS Imaging recorded consolidated revenue of €7.3 million, down -25% compared to the 3

^th

quarter 2021.

As announced at the end of September, in order to deal with difficulties in terms of supply, in particular for certain electronic components or parts over the last few months, DMS Imaging has rescheduled its production schedule during the summer (mainly on the months of July and August 2022), leading to delays in deliveries from 3

^th

at 4

^th

quarter of 2022. These delays will have an almost non-existent impact on the level of activity expected for the full year due to a sustained order book.

DMS Imaging further recalls that the 3

^th

quarter of 2021 had been a record quarter marked by an exceptional level of activity for the period, resulting from a major delivery of radiology tables internationally, as part of a World Bank call for tenders.

At the end of the first nine months of the financial year, consolidated turnover amounted to €25.5 million, a limited decline of -8% compared to the same period last year, and growing of +5% neutralized from the exceptional contract.

quarter of 2022, DMS Imaging also won, for a period of four years, the UniHA (Union of Hospitals for Purchasing) referencing, 1

French public purchaser in the field of health. This referencing reinforces the positioning of DMS Imaging as a leader in France in the market segment of remote-controlled radiology rooms in France.

Over the first nine months of the financial year, the turnover achieved within the framework of the distribution agreements (Fujifilm, Carestream and Canon) is up by +30%, and now represents 57% of the total activity radiology, mainly in France and the United States.

the order book is good and the group is working to increase its production capacity within its new production and assembly unit to meet customer demand over the coming months.

Contribution of the medical imaging division to DMS Imaging

As part of the application for admission on the Euronext markets in Brussels and Paris for the new shares issued for the operation to contribute the imaging activities of DMS Group to DMS Imaging, the examination of the admission prospectus with of the Belgian financial sector supervisory authority continues.

The listing of DMS Imaging shares remains suspended pending the publication of the admission prospectus.
