Following the numerous problems on Dofus And Retro Dofus, Ankama is announcing a wide range of compensation, commensurate with the inconveniences. From days of free subscription to a Combine Harvester event to recovering your Ocher, you are bound to find your account there.
DOFUS: Free subscription and compensation following server problems
Dofus encountered major problems following the 2.67 update. Within weeks, morale plummeted, with the situation drifting across the board. Login server, breeding, Pandawa without arms, Temporis Retro 2 setback. The impact was heavy on all players (and probably development teams). Ankama is therefore banking on large compensations to make people forget these rather difficult days.
General compensations: Free subscription and events
First, all DOFUS accounts dating before March 30, 2023 can access a gift in the form of a free item from the DOFUS Shop. It is as accessible in game as on the site, from now until May 2 at 11:59 p.m. You will then recover on your account:
- 7 day subscription (not a token)
- 7 Cylinders of Plertito recover your lost days of Almanax
- 7 Mango Pearls (+100 wisdom points and +100 prospecting points for 24 hours)
Second, archmonster seekers will be happy to hear that the Combine Harvester returns the weekend of May 5 (until Tuesday, May 9 8am). To learn more about this type of event, you can read our summary article here.
Compensation on the Dofus Retro side
Even if the server problems were not as numerous, Dofus Retro finds itself with a lag in its Temporis 2. Compensation in the form of a 50% XP bonus (including trades) will take place from Friday April 28 at 6 p.m. Monday, May 1, 11:59 p.m. What a way to enjoy your long weekend!
Other specific compensations
Not all players were impacted in the same way. Several categories will receive additional events or items:
- Draconiros single-account server: “Unlimited Keychain” Weekend on the weekend of May 5.
- Breeders: Reimbursement via 100 mount experience potions if you had already collected at least one certificate (automatically or via support). Your request may still be pending (and will then be processed with compensation)
- Shadow: Resurrection of dead characters following the reconnection bug (early April). You must first contact the support, without having started from the beginning.
Quickly take advantage of some free time to check if you are eligible for at least one of the compensations (mainly the free DOFUS subscription).
