The Buried Village is a mandatory step on Dofus to finish Frigost. Whether you’re there by chance or not, it’s good to know how to free it to turn in your quests.
DOFUS: Liberate the buried village of Frigost
This small area of Frigost brings together a few NPCs for the Ice Dofus, in particular because of its survivors or the Mission Solution quest. However, this one has a special random time interval invasion mechanic. If no one is around to help you, or you want the Flush Achievement, you’ll need to know how to release it.
Prerequisites : Start Baka Laïve’s hunting quest by [-75,-74] for its success. He asks him to retrieve 10 Givrefoux Dentures, which drop automatically from the monsters in the village. Eventually, plan two or three other players to clear the area faster and face the Fuji.
The steps to free the area
Step 1 : Find and fight the Fuji in the caves. Before the Tengu Snowfoux dungeon, you can explore a cave via a succession of maps. This is where you will have to look. To prepare yourself, first find out if the Fuji is still there. You can talk to Givrihaltès, Baka Laïve or Lesson ([-76,-74]) to know its presence.
The Fuji Givrefoux is considered as a wanted notice (therefore weakening in Vitality and Power). It has the same mechanics as in the dungeon, with re-summoning and melee bones. Once defeated, you will need to bring it back to Lesson in the Buried Village.
2nd step : It is now necessary to clean all the maps of the Buried Village (outside). Note that there may be some lag after stopping the Fuji. So wait about ten minutes before proceeding so as not to have a few group repops. In any case, the operation can last from ten to thirty minutes depending on the size of your team, your stuff and your efficiency. You will get a drop bonus (about 1%) of Snowfoux tears, for the Fuji Snowfoux set.
Step 3 : Turn in your quests. There may still be a small lag here between the defeat of the last monsters and the consideration by the NPCs. In any case, you should be able to return your dentures to Baka Laïve while waiting.
The invasion of the Buried Village is a random event. However, you should have some time (at least 2 hours) before it happens again.
