Temporis is already returning to Dofus for a seventh edition. At least, that’s what the first teaser roleplay oriented published by Ankama. Would we be back with dedicated Ecaflip servers?
DOFUS: Temporis 7 is on the horizon
Drops, challenges, spells, achievements, rewards, cards and of course a good dose of divine powder. The ingredients are timeless and do not seem to tire the ever-increasing number of players with each return from the Temporis servers. Thus, a few months after the end of a Retro special issue, Ankama presents a first teaser element for the future edition.
In the form of a long narration praising Roleplay, Ecaflip City is once again talking about it. Ouginaks, Ecaflips and Croquettes collide in the story of the Dofus team, taking up the detailed scenario of the Chinq era, slightly put on hold by the return of the Scrollmancers from Temporis 6. Would the god Ecaflip be back in the controllers? Or is it a red herring to shed light on other deities?
A gif and a Likrone for Temporis?
Relatively little hidden at the end of the long article on the official site, a gif spreads the information and adds a dose of mystery. If its link with Temporis VII is obvious (presence of T7 on the left), everything else is open to interpretation.
Still based on the small floating text, a part remains to be analyzed. As some have pointed out, the F could stand for “Fraouctor” or “Aout” in Dofusian. But what is the point of launching a teaser so early for such a late server launch? On the side of central action, the theories are more numerous. The Likrone can be a reference to the mini-games of Ecaflip City, evolving for this edition, but also to its own evolution mechanics. The croquettes, very mentioned in the article, could then have a great importance in the gameplay loop.
In any case, Ankama has a lot of possibilities on the table and, fortunately, should reveal them fairly quickly. See you in the coming weeks, for an opening in stride after a short period of pre-registration.
