He concluded his text with the promise “We’ll see each other again soon.” He then added the hashtag “Fuck Cancer.”

The rapper does not say what type of cancer he has. He also does not specify what treatment he plans to use to get rid of the disease so quickly.

Don Omar: King of Reggaeton

Don Omar is often referred to as the “King of Reggaeton” by fans and the music press. He made the mix of reggae, hip hop and Latin American pop known worldwide in the early 2000s. His solo debut “The Last Don” was released in 2003 and was awarded a gold record in the USA. With this success, he paved the way for stars of the genre such as Bad Bunny (30) and J Balvin (39), who are now global superstars.

William Omar Landrón Rivera, his real name, will also be no stranger to action film fans. He played the role of Rico Santos in four “Fast & Furious” films. His debut was in part 4 “Fast & Furious – New Model. Original Parts”, his last appearance in the ninth film.

In April, Don Omar just completed the first part of his “Back to Reggaeton” tour. It continues in August. According to his announcement, he is cancer-free.
