Donald Trump: Borat actor is a creep in his eyes

Sacha Baron Cohen has received criticism from the highest level. The Borat actor was called a "creep" by Donald Trump.

Donald Trump (74) is obviously not a big fan of Sacha Baron Cohen (49). On Friday, when asked about the Borat actor, he said, according to the US media, "This is the wrong guy and I don't think he's funny." The Briton tried to "cheat" him many years ago, but he exposed it early on. "To me he was a creep," is today's US president's clear words.

Trump probably remembers an interview with Sacha Baron Cohen in his role Ali G. from 2003. At that time, Cohen tried to involve Trump in a dodgy deal with special ice cream gloves. The entrepreneur at the time did not really take up the suggestion.

A certain scene of the Borat sequel "Borat Connection Movie" is currently under discussion. There, the former New York Mayor and Trump legal advisor Rudolph Giuliani (76) is lured into a hotel room with hidden cameras due to an alleged interview. When he is alone with the young interviewer, he sometimes gets involved in their obvious flirting attacks and also asks for the young woman's phone number.

Rudolph Giuliani rejects allegations

At the end of the recording you can see Giuliani suddenly fiddling with his pants and also sticking his hand in his crotch. Meanwhile, the actress stands before him in her role as a journalist and Borat daughter. At that second, Cohen, disguised as Borat, storms into the room and ends the opaque situation. Giuliani now claims on Twitterthat he only wanted to get rid of the microphone cable, he never behaved inappropriately.

"If Sacha Baron Cohen claims otherwise, he's an ice cold liar," says Giuliani. Cohen has already responded to the alleged manipulation, but again in his Borat role. In a video on Twitter he said in his usual sarcastic manner: "What was an innocent sexual moment between a consenting man and my 15-year-old daughter has been turned into something hideous by the fake news media."
