Between the teasing mood of Nagui, the enthusiasm of the candidates, the mastery of the musicians and the energy of the dancers , the public did not have time to be bored. And this communicative joviality that characterizes the program, we also owe it to Magali Ripoll, the show’s somewhat confused chorister. Always in a good mood, the latter, on the sidelines of her talents as a musician, infuses the right dose of humor on the set, to the delight of the public, but also of Nagui, with whom she is very complicit.

This Wednesday, while Caroline and Pauline were singing a duet Sous le vent, by Garou, Magali Ripoll had taken it into her head to spin a windmill using a fan to stick to the lyrics of the song, but the musician soon exhausted herself. At the end of the performance, she then exhibited her biceps in front of the camera, to see if they had swollen after this intense physical effort. Seeing his muscular figure in the back, Magali Ripoll then exclaimed: “Oh la la, it looks like Amélie Mauresmo, it’s not possible…” Nagui, feeling a bit of self-deprecation on the part of his colleague, then threw “You are beautiful, you are muscular…” before adding: “I who know your age, I am really impressed“. And Magali Ripoll to answer: “But everyone can know it, finally, I am 52 years old!”

Visibly tired of seeing women conceal their age out of coquetry, the musician added: “Yes, so what? Women must assume their age, that’s how it is, and that’s it!” A frankness which earned him the applause of the public, and also, probably, a certain astonishment, since it must be admitted that we would give him less! This confidence could have been the occasion for certain media to update their information, since it is sometimes indicated that Magali Ripoll was born in December 1978, and would therefore be 43 years old! In December 2020, she celebrated her 42nd birthday in a video on Instagram. So Magali, 43 or 52 years old? The mystery remains…
