Don’t forget the words: faced with Nagui’s coldness, a candidate no longer knows where to stand

This Wednesday, April 27, Nagui received a new candidate on the set of Don’t forget the lyrics. But the host, a fervent defender of the animal cause, did not hesitate to say what he thought of the profession of the latter, veterinarian in an animal park.

A candidate dressed for the winter. This Wednesday, April 27, Nagui presented a new issue of Do not forget the lyrics. The day before, the Maestro Kristofer had been eliminated of the game of France 2 after 39 victories and €309,000 in earnings. A performance that nevertheless allowed him to become the 7th Greatest Maestro, just behind Hervé. And ironically, the young Belgian was taken out by a Swiss candidate, Caroline.

And this Wednesday, it is therefore the latter that viewers have found. For her first show as champion, she faced a certain Thomas who was entitled to a not particularly warm welcome from Nagui.

Nagui: “It’s a matter of relieving oneself a little of the guilt”

As usual, the host asked the candidate what he did for a living. Thomas then revealed to him that he was veterinarian in an animal park, where he deals in particular with big cats and birds of prey. A profession that somewhat exasperated Nagui, a fervent defender of the animal cause. “Are they all in jail?, he asked the challenger. A question that made the latter very uncomfortable, which did not prevent the host from adding a layer: “Honestly, and I was one of the first kids to go see the lions, and then when you have the chance once in your life to go on a photo safari, in freedom they still do not have the same joy of living”.

Thomas then tried to explain that his role was precisely to ensure animal welfareand that the park in which he works donates money to animal rights organizations, but these arguments did not really convince the husband of Mélanie Page. “Yes, finally that’s a story to relieve oneself a little of the guilt”, observed the latter, before quickly changing the subject. Not sure that the poor candidate will keep a memorable memory of his meeting with Nagui.
