Actually, Doreen Dietel has had bad experiences with cosmetic surgeries in the past, but she is going under the knife again. Just ten hours after the procedure, the actress shows bruises and blood on her face on Instagram.
Giving beauty a helping hand – this project almost cost Doreen Dietel, 48, her career in the 90s, and yet she is now daring to put herself in the hands of a cosmetic surgeon again. On Instagram she lets her fans participate.
Doreen Dietel dares another beauty intervention
Already at the tender age of 25, Doreen had experience with cosmetic procedures. At a party, she spontaneously had her lips injected. A big mistake: the doctor used silicone instead of hyaluronic acid. To this day she still suffers from the botched procedure as scars and internal lumps are still visible. In 2014, the 48-year-old revealed in an interview with “RTL”: “I’ve screwed up my whole life”. Her suffering is said to have been so great that she tried to take her own life.
It is all the more surprising that the actress has undergone another and quite complex cosmetic operation. She had both a lower eyelid lift using a laser and liposuction on her chin. She’s been letting her fans know on Instagram just ten hours after the procedure how she’s doing and how she looks after the procedure – and these pictures are really not for the faint of heart.

After pictures are shocking
In several video sequences, Doreen Dietel lets her followers know that she is doing very well. The intervention was planned and wanted and she didn’t have to feel sorry for anyone. Her “three boys” would take good care of her so that she could recover well. Still, the images are alarming. The eyes are bloodshot and there are dark bruises on the chin. The reason for the procedure is said to have been lipoedema below the eyes. Although the procedure may seem more than painful to outsiders, outward appearances could be deceiving. Just one picture later, the 48-year-old shows that she has found her sense of humor again even after the general anesthetic. Without further ado, the Dietels convert son Marlow’s water ice cream into a cooling pad.
