What TV doctor Dr. Johannes Wimmer, 37, and his wife Clara, 31, had to go through the last few months, is incredibly sad: Just a few months after the birth of their third child, Maximilia, the little girl was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor. Wimmer also wants to remind his fans: “Maybe there is one or the other father around you who is happy about a phone call or a few nice words that day, because his heart is particularly heavy today too.”

Fans wish the family strength

Under the post, condolences from his fans are gathered, many wish the doctor and his family a lot of strength: “I am very much with you today and your little mouse will look down and consider herself lucky that she has such a great father [sic]”.

Maximilia was Johannes Wimmer’s third child. His first two children emerged from his first marriage, who as half siblings also suffered greatly from the death of the little girl, as Wimmer publicly emphasized. The doctor, who has lost his own father even at a young age, can put himself in the shoes of his children. The family copes with this difficult situation with a lot of openness and solidarity – in memory of Maximilia.
