Thank you to all the designers who followed me on this crazy adventure. Thanks to my ten new sisters. I love you. Thanks to you Nicky Doll, my tenth sister. Your benevolence and your love take me to the stars. Thanks to you, I feel stronger. I like you.” After thanking the jury and the teams, the show, the artist slipped: “You have changed our lives and perhaps those of thousands of queer children in France. I love you.“
The day after his victory, it was in an interview granted to the Parisian that the new star confided. “As a teenager, I was quite alone. And I had no reference on LGBT representations. In the 1990s, there were no models, or they were caricatured“, she said. If many viewers are fans of Paloma, they will be happy to learn that she will soon take her first steps in a famous series. Her interpreter has indeed confided: “I coached Tomer Sisley last year for a drag scene in the Balthazar series. From there, a true friendship was born between the two of us. So he asked the scriptwriters to write me a role. And I won’t just be a drag queen, I’ll be the hero’s best non-binary friend and babysitter to his kids. For a television series on a major network, this is important.“
