Dragon Quest Monsters: Prince of Shadows has sold over a million copies. An important milestone for the series, since it has not left Japanese territory since Joker 2 in 2010. This is all the more important for Square Enix, which recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of the saga. Following this, players will be able to participate in the festivities directly in-game.
The adventurers embodying Psaro, antagonist of Dragon Quest IV: Epic of the Chosen, have become true leaders of monsters. Recruiting, training and fighting alongside them to rise to the rank of master. Not everyone has yet gotten their hands on the 500 creatures included in this episode. And with a reimagined synthesis system, new monster combinations have never been easier to achieve. Whether in the story or online against other players, battles require good strategy.
In addition to the 25th anniversary of the series, Square Enix would like to celebrate one million copies of Dragon Quest Monsters: Prince of Shadows sold. To do this, from February 1, players will be able to find a free pack on the Nintendo eShop. The latter will offer some very useful rewards in this universe.
