Canadian rapper Drake has announced the release of his new album “Certified Lover Boy” for September 3rd.

Originally planned for January, Drake (34) has now announced his sixth album “Certified Lover Boy” for September 3, 2021. The Canadian rapper confirmed the previously suspected publication date on Instagram and posted it Image of emoji variations of a pregnant woman.

However, the 34-year-old is still stingy with information on the number of songs, titles or guest appearances. Drake had the album, which comes out just over three years after his last long player “Scorpion”, in October 2020 with a elaborate trailer announced for January 2021, but postponed the release later due to health problems.

He makes the Beatles look old

Drake last made chart history in March. He was the first artist to be able to place three newcomer titles in the top three of the “Billboard Hot 100” at the same time. All three tracks are from Drake’s EP “Scary Hours 2”.

The special thing about his success: The Beatles and Ariana Grande (28) have also been able to claim all three top places with their music in the past. However, it was never the case that places one to three were all chart newcomers.
