The first step to your own dressing room
Of course, not everyone has a spare room in the apartment or house that is only available for storing clothes and getting dressed. Doesn’t have to! 1. The base: the closet
In order to choose the right system for your dressing room, you should consider the following before buying:

- How many shoes and accessories do you own?
- how big is the room
- Note which spatial conditions could also play a role: sloping ceilings, stairs, crooked corners, etc.
- Do you need additional furniture, maybe a seat?

- Hanging systems offer plenty of space for blouses, dresses, etc. and do not crumple easily.
- Sweaters and handbags, for example, are in good hands in large and small compartments.
- For shoes, you can use ordinary shelves (pay attention to the height of the compartments so that boots also fit in) or integrate shoe shelves.
- When furnishing a dressing room under a sloping roof, made-to-measure wardrobes are the best choice – so every centimeter is used perfectly.
- Accessories can also be stowed away in a chest of drawers, for example in a niche under the sloping roof.
2. Mirror, mirror in the dressing room
