Drew Barrymore has revealed that she is looking for a new partner via the app. Before that, however, she had a bad experience.

Can Drew Barrymore (45, "50 first dates") find love through a dating app? She seems to be trying that again, at least for now. The Hollywood star recently had colleagues Regé-Jean Page (31) and Phoebe Dynevor (25) from the hit series "Bridgerton" as guests on their "The Drew Barrymore Show". She revealed: "I logged into a dating app again during 'Bridgerton'."

"I'm not dead. I'm not dead," she thought. Barrymore had not necessarily had good experience in such apps before. At the beginning of January, in an interview with comedian Nikki Glaser (36), the 45-year-old stated, among other things, that the men in a dating app she used would not differ at all. As with "cookie cutters", it was the same over and over again.

Date was a letdown

Although she was able to arrange a date with a guy, he let her sit without warning. He canceled exactly at the time when they were supposed to meet. Then Barrymore thought: "Can't you be a fool an hour earlier? That would have saved me so much time. (…) I felt so stupid."

Barrymore had spoken about the topic several times before, including declaring that she had not had much luck with the celebrity dating app "Raya". She had abstained from men for five years, she had also declared on her talk show last year. Barrymore is open to love, but she no longer wants to marry. The actress has two children, Oliver (born 2012) and Frankie (born 2014) from a failed marriage to her colleague Will Kopelman (42). Hopefully the search will be successful this time.
