"Mom Movies!" That is how derogatory the children of Drew Barrymore describe their mother's work. No problem for the US actress.

The children of US actress Drew Barrymore (45) really don't like their own mother's films. The Hollywood star chatted about this together with colleague Hugh Grant (60) during a discussion between the two of them for the "SAG-AFTRA Foundation". The two daughters Olive (8) and Frankie (6) have simply not yet found access to their productions due to their age: "They call them 'mom films'", reveals the 45-year-old.

They would have already watched "50 First Dates", "Unkissed" and "E.T. – The Extra Terrestrial", but they would not have liked any of them. But now it is time for them to see the complete work of their mother. At the moment she is not really worried about the lack of interest of her children: "These are phases in life. They come and go."

Their children have never seen the joint film "Mitten ins Herz – Ein Song für Dich" with Grant and Barrymore from 2007 either. "This is insane," said Grant, jokingly adding, "I force mine to watch my films every night. If they don't watch, there is no dinner."
