(CercleFinance.com) – Drone Volt announces this evening the acquisition of 100% of the Dutch company Skytools, for a ‘confidential’ amount which we only know will be paid ‘entirely in cash’.
Skytools achieves a turnover of more than 1 million euros per year in the distribution of drones, maintenance, training and the provision of services.
Thanks to the capital increase carried out at the beginning of December 2021, Drone Volt has given itself the means to carry out acquisitions.
This will notably enable Drone Volt to complete its offer in the Netherlands and Northern Europe.
