The acquisition will allow DRONE VOLT to expand its portfolio of drone-based solutions and strengthen its position in the global market.
This acquisition is a strategic step for DRONE VOLT, as it strengthens its position as a key player in the drone industry and expands its portfolio of products and services. Lorenz Technology’s expertise in software development and automation will complement the hardware capabilities of DRONE VOLT, creating a more comprehensive offering for customers around the world.
Lorenz Technology has demonstrated its ability, since its establishment in 2017, to provide innovative solutions for various industries, including the construction, agriculture and energy sectors. Its advanced drone software that enables customers to automate and optimize their operations leads to increased efficiency, safety and cost savings. This acquisition will allow DRONE VOLT to offer end-to-end drone solutions, combining hardware and software, and thus to be a one-stop shop in order to better meet customer needs.
In addition, this acquisition will allow DRONE VOLT to continue its deployment on the European market. Lorenz Technology is based in Denmark, a country with a thriving drone industry and favorable regulatory environment. With this acquisition, DRONE VOLT will have access to Lorenz Technology’s customer base and established partnerships and will be able to extend the offers resulting from Lorenz Technology’s know-how to its customer portfolio.
