(AOF) – Drone Volt, manufacturer of professional civil drones, is launching a fundraising of around 2 million euros aimed at institutional investors and individuals (via the PrimaryBid platform) in order to support the continuation of its ambitious growth plan. The funds raised as part of the global offer will enable it to strengthen its balance sheet and provide additional financial resources to continue its investments in the most promising areas.
The operation will be carried out in two distinct but concomitant parts.
The first is a capital increase by way of private placement with qualified investors and a restricted circle of investors.
The second is a capital increase by way of a public offer aimed at individual investors via the PrimaryBid platform, on an ancillary basis, up to 20% of the overall offer.
The issue price of the shares offered, set today by the CEO, is 0.01 euros per new share, representing a discount of 18.03% compared to the closing price of the Drone Volt share this Monday ( 0.0122 euro) and 18.33% compared to the weighted average of the Drone Volt share price over the last ten trading sessions preceding the fixing of the issue price. The subscription price of the new shares will be the same for the private placement and the PrimaryBid offer.
The operation will begin immediately this Monday. The PrimaryBid offer will close at 10:00 p.m. The private placement is expected to close before the market opens on January 16, 2024, subject to any early closing or extension.
