DRONE VOLT, expert in embedded artificial intelligence and manufacturer of professional civil drones,
informs its shareholders that its Combined General Meeting took place on Tuesday June 4, 2024 at the Company’s head office located at 14, rue de la Perdrix – 93420 Villepinte.
The shareholders of Drone Volt (the “
Company
“) have notably approved the corporate accounts and the consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
Of the twenty-three resolutions submitted to shareholders for a vote, thirteen were adopted and ten were rejected. The results of the votes for each resolution can be consulted in the appendix to this press release and on the Company’s website (www.dronevolt.com), Investors section, General Meetings section.
In accordance with the law, all the documents communicated for this Combined General Meeting were made available to shareholders, within the legal deadlines, at the Company’s head office (14, rue de la Perdrix – 93420 Villepinte) and on its website (www.dronevolt.com), Investors section, General Meetings section.
