Global warming only marginally affects the operation of power stations, which can operate… even in the middle of the desert. Explanations.

VS’is a “chestnut tree” that returns every summer, in times of drought and heat wave: the production of power stations, the environment, and above all safety would be in danger, and our nuclear fleet would be incompatible with global warming. “It turns out that nuclear power doesn’t work when it’s hot!” Recently alarmed, on France Bleu, the leader of Nupes Jean-Luc Mélenchon, in favor of a complete exit from nuclear power from 2045.
But how to explain, therefore, that a nuclear power plant operates in Abu Dhabi, where the temperature frequently exceeds 40 degrees? How to explain that the largest power plant in the United States is installed in the heart of the Arizona desert, far from any source of water…?
