VS’is one of the thousands of documents available to the magistrates of the commission of instruction of the Court of Justice of the Republic (CJR) who have been investigating for more than two years on possible governmental responsibilities in the anticipation and management of the Covid-19 crisis. Two messages that reveal how, while France is drawing the consequences of a particularly deadly first epidemic wave, the nursing home sector will seek to point out other responsibilities than its own.
