A 17-year-old girl from Aisne, who had run away to join her boyfriend in a squat in Seine-Saint-Denis, was found unconscious in a street in Paris Sunday November 7 at the beginning of the afternoon. According to The Parisian, she was in the company of her alleged abuser (who was not her boyfriend), who was taking pictures of her as she lay unconscious on the sidewalk. The individual, an unaccompanied minor aged 16, is said to have beaten, drugged and raped.

The drugged victim without his knowledge
Toxicological analyzes of the victim – found with her alleged attacker in the Barbes district – showed that she had smoked cannabis and consumed Pregabalin, an antiepileptic drug that causes hallucinations or even amnesia at high doses.
Unconscious when the police found her, she was rushed to Bichat hospital and taken to intensive care. She eventually survived and was able to tell investigators what she remembered. She explained that she thought I had taken Rivotril, not Pregabalin.
The teenager arrested, violent with the police, indicted for rape the Tuesday following the facts, denied having forced the young woman and assured that she was consenting.
