Drunk woman – Tyrol: Only a broken tire stops wild alcohol driving

Someone probably drank too much: Heavily drunk, a Tyrolean (22) got behind the wheel of her car on Thursday night. After mowing down several guide posts and crashing into a wall, only a damaged tire could stop the woman. Luckily, no one was injured.

This car ride was a real crazy idea – and will cost the young Tyrolean very dearly. Shortly before midnight, the 22-year-old drove her car on the B171 Tiroler Straße from Wörgl in the direction of Kirchbichl when she first mowed down a marker post in the area of a traffic island. After the roundabout crashed into a wall. Unfazed by this, the woman just kept driving. After a few hundred meters it really cracked. When leaving a roundabout in the direction of the center of Kirchbichl, she hit a wall with her car and drove – right: on again. In the community center, the 22-year-old finally crashed over a traffic island and mowed down two delineators again before the car suddenly stopped after 100 meters stayed. “Due to damage to the left front tire, the woman could no longer continue her journey,” the police reported. This then found the 22-year-old to be heavily intoxicated. “The driver’s license was taken away,” the investigators said. There was significant damage to the car. The woman herself was unharmed.
