Participation in the photo competition from DS Automobiles, CITROËN DEUTSCHLAND GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is free of charge and is based solely on these conditions of participation.
Course of the competition
The duration of the photo competition extends from October 9th to November 21st, 2020 at 11:59 p.m.
participation
The prerequisite for participating in the photo competition is the submission of your own picture to the FOCUS online editorial team between 09.10.2019 and 21.11.2020. Participation in the raffle is automatic. Images sent in after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw
Only one submitted picture per category will take part in the competition. Multiple entries to increase the chances of winning are prohibited and lead to exclusion from the competition.
Participation in the photo competition is free.
By submitting your picture, the participants fully agree to the validity of these conditions of participation.
Eligible Participants
Entitled to participate are natural persons who are domiciled in Germany and have a driving license valid in Germany and are 21 years of age, with the exception of employees of CITROËN DEUTSCHLAND GmbH, the DS and Citroën sales network and their relatives. Furthermore, all persons and employees of affiliated agencies involved in the design and implementation of the raffle are not eligible to participate. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude people from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition,
(b) if these conditions of participation are violated,
(c) in the event of unfair conduct or
(d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded: Among all the pictures submitted, DS Automobiles will present 1 DS vehicle as a prize per category, which the winners may drive for three months (maximum 5000 kilometers).
The winners can choose between a DS 3 Crossback or a DS 7 Crossback. The final determination of the winners will take place after the closing date for entries on November 21, 2020 by the selection of the jury.
The winners will be announced by Focus Online after the raffle on November 27th. If the winners do not respond within 5 days, the entitlement to the entire prize expires and the next winners will be chosen.
The prize is only handed over personally to the winner via the dealer. An exchange or a cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Any costs incurred for the handover of the prize (travel), fuel costs incurred while using the vehicle and costs from parking and traffic violations will not be borne by the organizer. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

CITROËN DEUTSCHLAND GmbH, Bahnhofsplatz, 65423 Rüsselsheim, as the controller within the meaning of the GDPR, collects your personal data for the purpose of this raffle.
Your data will be deleted after the competition has ended. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Applicable Law
The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The judges' decision is final.
