Duchess Kate appeared in a recycled dress and a new hairstyle at an appearance at the Royal Albert Hall.
Duchess Kate (39) attended the “Royal Variety Performance” in London’s Royal Albert Hall together with her husband Prince William (39). The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new hairstyle – and recycled a glamorous robe. The 39-year-old shone in a green sequin dress by Jenny Packham. In the tight-fitting, floor-length robe with long sleeves, Kate showed up for the first time in 2019 when she was on a trip to Pakistan.
Even more noticeable than the dress was the hairstyle of William’s wife. It can usually be seen with slight waves in her hair. Now Kate presented herself with curls. Her long hair fell from a deep side part over her left shoulder. According to British media reports, there were compliments from comedian Alan Carr (45), who hosted the show: “You look absolutely beautiful,” he is said to have said to Kate.
Money for artists in need
The show supports the “Royal Variety Charity”, whose patron is Queen Elizabeth II (95). This year there were among others Ed Sheeran (30), Rod Stewart (76) and James Blunt (47). The proceeds from the Royal Variety Performance will help hundreds of UK artists in need.
