Duchess Kate chatted with parents about exhausting homeschooling and her skills as a hairdresser in a video chat.

Duchess Kate (39) shares the suffering of many parents in lockdown. The wife of Prince William (38) not only has to live up to her role as a mother, she also has to take on other jobs that normally do not correspond to her area of responsibility, as she explains in a video chat with parents from London. "I became a hairdresser in lockdown, to the horror of my children," jokes the Duchess of Cambridge and mother of Prince George (7), Princess Charlotte (5) and Prince Louis (2).

Math is not their forte

In addition, she had to become a teacher for her children in homeschooling. "You're trying to do your best, but at the end of the day I feel exhausted." In a question-and-answer game, in which a question has to be answered with one word, Duchess Kate describes being a parent in the pandemic as "exhausting" and gives her math skills on a scale from 1 to 10 a minus 5. At the end, she compliments her husband. When asked who is most supportive of those present during the pandemic, the Duchess writes "William" on her pad.
