Duchess Kate: This is how recycling works for the Royals

Royal splendor at the BAFTAs: Prince William (37) and his wife, Duchess Kate (38), were guests of honor at the 73rd annual British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards ceremony held on Sunday at the Royal Albert Hall in London were presented. William has been the President of the Academy since February 2010.

Duchess Kate was one of the big eye-catchers at the event. She appeared in a white dress with golden sequins by Alexander McQueen. In the run-up to the event, the guests were asked to only wear something that they already own or that was produced sustainably. The mother of three set a good example.

Duchess Kate had worn the dress for the first time at a state banquet in Malaysia in 2012. The 38-year-old updated the recycled look with a clutch from Anya Hindmarch, "Romy" pumps from Jimmy Choo and extravagant jewelry from Van Cleef & Arpels.
