Both RTL and VOX will show the eagerly awaited TV interview by Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry in full on March 8th.

It will probably be the interview of the year: On March 7, the US television network CBS will broadcast a conversation between Duchess Meghan (39) and Prince Harry (36) with talk legend Oprah Winfrey (67, "What I've learned from life") out. RTL and VOX have now acquired the broadcasting rights.

As the broadcasters announce, the full-length interview "CBS presents Oprah with Meghan and Harry" will also be shown in Germany on March 8th. It runs as part of a three-hour "Exklusiv Spezial" from 3 pm on RTL and from 10:15 pm in a "Prominent Special" on VOX. "Exclusive" and "Prominent!" is also available from TVNow.

What it will be about

The conversation will be about a wide variety of topics, as can be seen from pre-published clips. In a new excerpt, Winfrey asks the Duchess of Sussex what she thinks if people at the palace would think about her expressing her point of view. "I don't know how to expect us to remain silent after all this time when there is this active role that 'the company' is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us," explains Meghan.

Prince Harry has his say in two other short clips that were previously released. "My main concern was that history would repeat itself," he says, apparently referring to his late mother Diana, who died in a car accident in Paris in 1997 when she was followed by paparazzi.
