Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry: Your new "Archewell" website is here

Another big step: Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry have launched the official website of their "Archewell" foundation.

Duchess Meghan (39) and Prince Harry (36) celebrated the launch of the website for their non-profit organization: "archewell.com" is now available. There, interested parties can expect a simple page with the first information about the foundation.

On the one hand, a name explanation is recorded on a beige background. "Arche" is introduced as the Greek word for "source of the plot" – hence the name of her son Archie (1). "Well" is assigned the meaning "abundant source or supply; a place where we dig deep". On the other hand, users are invited to leave their e-mail address on the site in order to be informed about the activities of the organization. Contact options for the foundation can also be found on the website in the form of an address in Los Angeles and an e-mail address.

"Archewell" as the successor to "Sussex Royal"

Harry and Meghan had to wait a long time with the start of their newly planned umbrella organization. The trademark was initially not registered by the US authorities for various reasons, among other things, the purpose should have been too vague, as "The Sun" reported. In addition, it was said that the couple would initially concentrate their charitable work on the effects of the Corona crisis and support the "Black Lives Matter" movement. It was unlikely that the organization would start in 2020.

Meghan and Harry had previously closed their charity "Sussex Royal" before they formally resigned as senior royals from their duties in the British royal family and moved to the USA at the end of March.
