Again and again people who once had to do with Duchess Meghan report about their experiences with the Royal. Now a restaurant employee unpacks.
At the end of December 2022, Royal photographer Arthur Edwards, 82, revealed to “Page Six” that he often photographed Duchess Meghan, 41, and Prince Harry, 38, and was initially friends with the couple. King Charles’ son, 74, always invited him for a drink at the end of royal trips. But it is said that Harry abruptly gave up after his marriage to Meghan. Edwards accused the Duchess of Sussex of having an “agenda”.
There have been negative reports of encounters with Meghan in the past. But now restaurant employee Krista Lepore speaks up – and can only say good things about the Royal.
Employees about Duchess Meghan: “She is lovely, respectful, friendly”
On her TikTok channel, Krista Lepore does not reveal in which location she met Meghan, but gives a rough time frame: At the time of the restaurant visit, the 41-year-old was already married to Harry and – probably with Archie, 4, pregnant been. First, Lepore emphasizes that she is aware that many people have an “undeniable opinion” about Meghan. This is exactly why it is important to her to share her personal observations.
At the time, the Duchess visited the restaurant with friends, and the group enjoyed the evening in a private room. Lepore, who worked as a waitress at the restaurant at the time, emphasizes that the royal was very polite, always saying “please” and “thank you”. “Every time I’ve been in the room, I’ve heard, seen and experienced everything firsthand,” says the TikToker, adding:
Meghan is lovely, respectful, friendly, she’s only had dinner with her friends.
Meghan is ‘one of the nicest people’
Krista Lepore is sure that she has experienced “the real Meghan”. After all, the visit to the restaurant took place away from the public and even in a private room. Therefore, she had no reason “to be anything other than herself”. After the end of the shift, Lepore asked the second waiter who was responsible for Meghan for his opinion. “She’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life,” Krista’s colleague reportedly said. “He couldn’t stop raving about her,” she adds.
Seeing Prince Harry’s wife as an extremely warm and accommodating person, Krista Lepore concludes, “Maybe everyone should hold back a little and give her a little mercy because she’s really lovely.”
