Will Duchess Meghan and the British royal family ever get together again? According to claims by Diana’s former biographer Andrew Morton, Prince Harry’s wife didn’t think much of some royal members.

The fact that Duchess Meghan, 40, may not have a particularly good relationship with the British royal family has been made clear several times in the past – most clearly in the scandalous interview with Oprah Winfrey, 67, at the beginning of March 2021.

Princess Diana’s former biographer Andrew Morton now wants to know how badly the wife of Prince Harry, 37, thinks about some royal members. In the updated edition of his book “Meghan: From Hollywood to Buckingham Palace”, which will be published on October 14, 2021, he claims, according to “Mirror”, that Meghan is said to have found some people “unkind and jealous”.

Duchess Meghan: Life within the royal family is said to have been “unimaginative”

Meghan, the feminist and the traditions of the British monarchy: two opposites that simply did not want to go together. This is how one could probably sum up the relationship between the former “Suits” series star and the Royal Family.

But behind the palace walls it boiled a lot more – and sometimes boiled over. Meghan, who, like her husband Harry, was struggling with mental health problems, felt “isolated” within the institution and lacked “support”. Serious allegations she made against the palace in an interview with US legend Oprah.

In the new edition of the book, even more things come to light that could be responsible for the Sussexes’ megxit in January 2019. Morton writes that Meghan found her life within the royal family to be “institutionally slow, repetitive and, frankly, unimaginative”.

Some members are said to have been “unkind and jealous”

In addition, the former actress said “some […] Members – not the Queen or Prince Philip – have found them unkind and jealous. “Who exactly is this, Andrew Morton does not reveal. Would it harm them too much?”

It is similar with the fact that, according to Meghan, one of the royals is said to have made remarks about the nature of his possible skin color before the birth of their son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, 2. She also did not want to reveal who exactly that was in the Oprah interview.

Now, several months after retiring as senior royals, Meghan can focus on herself and her projects again. With her project “40×40”, among other things, she supports women re-entering professional life and recently called for a worldwide equal distribution of vaccines during her visit to New York with Harry during the “Global Citizen Live” event. Her political engagement in particular would not have been possible as a working member of the British royal family.
