Duchess Meghan laid flowers at a memorial after the rampage in Texas, expressing her sympathy.

Duchess Meghan (40) visited the memorial for the victims of the rampage in Uvalde, Texas on Thursday. As the US magazine “People” reports, Prince Harry’s (37) wife laid white flowers with a red bow at a memorial in front of the city’s courthouse. Dressed in jeans, trainers and a baseball cap, the Duchess of Sussex then crossed her arms and walked down the white crosses set up for the victims. The 40-year-old traveled on personal grounds as a mother to offer her condolences and support, a spokesman for the Duchess said, according to People. Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry live in Montecito, California with their two children.

Many stars expressed their condolences

Last Tuesday, an 18-year-old killed several people in a school shooting in Texas. 19 children and two adults died. The gunman kept shooting at Robb Primary School in the town of Uvalde. Many stars were dismayed after the fact. Actor Matthew McConaughey (52), who comes from the city, made a long statement on twitter expressed his dismay: “Once again we have tragically proved that we are unable to take responsibility for the rights that our freedom affords us. For those who are loved by their loved ones today [in der Schule] When you left without knowing it was goodbye, there are no words that can understand or heal your loss, but when prayers can bring comfort, we will continue.”
