Duchess Meghan: She's going to court for paparazzi recordings

Duchess Meghan takes the privacy of her son Archie very seriously. Now she is taking legal action against paparazzi photos.

Duchess Meghan (39) and Prince Harry (35) are apparently defending themselves in court against the dissemination of paparazzi recordings by a US news and picture agency. This is reported by the British "Daily Mail". Accordingly, a corresponding hearing took place on Wednesday.

No public appearance

The agency had published pictures of Duchess Meghan and son Archie (1), both of which should show them on a winter walk. The photos were taken on January 20 in Horth Hill Regional Park on Vancouver Island. Meghan is said to be seen with Archie in a baby sling, the boy's face and body are covered.

The photos were taken without the consent of the Royals, said Meghan and Harry's lawyer. In addition, it was not a public appearance. The pictures showed Meghan in her private free time.

A few weeks ago, Meghan and Harry filed a lawsuit in California. Paparazzi had illegally photographed Archie in the home garden. "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are filing this lawsuit to protect their young son's right to privacy in their home without the interference of photographers and to expose and stop those who seek to profit from these illegal activities," was called in July by the lawyer of the Royals according to the industry magazine "The Hollywood Reporter".
