While all science fiction fans have already gone to the cinema to discover Dune, part twosecond part of Denis Villeneuve’s trilogy adapting Frank Herbert’s novel, Funcom take advantage of the hype around this sandy universe to talk again about Dune: Awakeninghis survival game MMO.
On the occasion of a Dune Live of 25 minutes, presented by Soe Gschwind and to be rewatched above, we were able to discover a lot of details on the design of the game, its universe, its mechanics gameplay and its social ambitions, the title being a massively multiplayer online game in a persistent world.
