The Dutch royals dressed up for the recording of a TV special at the Carré Theater in Amsterdam.

King Willem-Alexander (54), Queen Máxima (49), their three daughters, the princesses Amalia (17), Alexia (15) and Ariane (14) and Princess Beatrix (83) made an elegant appearance in Amsterdam. The Dutch royals visited the Carré Theater in their evening gowns to watch the recording of “Queen Máxima: My Life Full of Music”, which will be broadcast on May 16. The musical performance was conceived in honor of Queen Máxima, who will celebrate her 50th birthday on May 17th. That goes out an Instagram post the royals emerged.

Queen Máxima and her two daughters Amalia, in a floral dress, and Ariane, in a patterned boho-style dress, opted for floor-length robes. Princess Alexia wore a midi flounce dress in turquoise. All four completed their look with a clutch and a stole and wore their hair down. Princess Beatrix put on a blue combination of a long skirt, patterned top and a cape. Willem-Alexander accompanied the ladies in a dark blue suit with a lilac tie.
