Dwayne The Rock Johnson: He's making a special exception for the upcoming US election

Dwayne Johnson has never stood up for a US presidential candidate. For the upcoming election, however, he makes an exception.

In a video on his YouTube channel, Dwayne Johnson (48, "Skyscraper") leaves no doubt as to who he will vote for in the US presidential election: Democrat Joe Biden (77) has his vote. In the video, he exchanges ideas with the candidate and his vice-presidential candidate Kamala Harris (55) – and makes it clear right from the start that his commitment cannot be taken for granted.

"I've been lucky enough to have had a career and life over the years," says Forbes' highest paid actor in the world. He has never publicly supported a presidential or vice-presidential candidate, "The Rock" continues.

"You both obviously have experience leading. You did great things, Joe, you had an incredible career," he compliments former US Vice President Biden. "In my opinion, you have led with great compassion, energy and heart. You and I have spoken in the past about the importance of the heart," he continues. During the conversation, Dwayne Johnson and Kamala Harris met for the first time, albeit virtually. Harris came out as a fan: "From 'Fast & Furious' to 'Jumanji' – thank you very much for your work."
