Dying Light 2: Stay Human, the latest from Techland studio, will be released on February 4th. According to Tymon Smektala, game designer of the game, however, it will not have day one crossplay.

Last week took place the last edition of the lives “Dying 2 Know” on Twitch, in which Tymon Smektala, the game designer of Dying Light 2: Stay Human, gives us more information about his game.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human will be released on February 4th on all media, but will not be complete, all features not being available from the launch of the game. Among these features, we find crossplay, which will not be present on release, whether it be between consoles or even between generations.

It is clarified that crossplay is not present “for the momentbut that it will happen well in the future, however no date was given. Techland, the game’s studio, however, does everything to “make it available as soon as possible after launch”. Dying Light 2: Stay Human will be released February 4 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
